Residential
Our lending covers built to sell, build to rent, co-living, retirement living and mixed use developments. Since inception, we have funded over 600 residential developments, in multiple sectors across the UK.
Student Accommodation.
Continued demand to meet the shortage of purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) in cities throughout the UK. To date we have funded more than 3,000 student units.
Care Homes
With the chronic shortfall in care beds and life expectancy increasing, we are committed to working with developers to build future-proof care homes with facilities to provide the best quality of life for residents. To date we have funded over £500m of new build care homes providing 2,300 new care beds.
Commercial
We will consider all mainstream commercial sectors and have supported developments of offices, hotels, serviced apartments, industrial, distribution units and retail warehouses.
